PJ Plumbing, Heating & Maintenance Ltd is a well-established growing family business who have been trading for over 22 years. We offer a variety of services in the Plumbing and Heating industry, in the domestic and commercial settings, including gas and oil boiler installations, plumbing & heating repairs, servicing as well as plumbing & heating installations in new builds.

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our busy team at our office in Norwich, to provide administrative support and assist with the general day to day duties including scheduling works. You will be working as part of a small team, where initiative and a positive approach to work are key.

**Key tasks**:

- Opening new works on the system
- Input customer data into company systems
- Contacting customers to schedule appointments and provide updates
- Liaising with our engineers and support them while on site
- Ordering materials for installations
- Ordering spare parts for repairs
- Reviewing & costing completed jobs and prepare for invoicing
- General office duties

Training will be provided and as the business continues to grow some aspects of this role may change to align with the business needs as well as your progress.

This role would suit someone organised and proactive, with previous administrative/office experience and who is competent in using the Microsoft Office Packages, especially Word, Excel and Outlook. For this position you will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, be methodical and value attention to detail.
