REED are delighted to be working with an financial services company in the heart of Norwich who are looking for an Administrator to join their friendly team.
This is a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm with the option for hybrid working.
**Responsibilities**:
- To support existing staff members with wide range of day to day administrative duties to service investment and pension clients.
- Answering telephone
- Booking appointments for director
- Preparation of data for director’s client meetings
- Processing new business
- Servicing large existing client base
- Inputting of client data onto back office system
- Working with a mortgage adviser to assist with day to day processing
- Use of lenders affordability calculators
- Dealing with lenders case requirements/liaising with clients
- Potential to train as mortgage adviser
- Answering office telephone
**Attributes**:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in Financial Services desired but not essential
- Experience of back office systems ideal but not essential as training will be provided
- Must have a flexible working approach and willing to learn
- Able to cope with busy work loads at times
- Knowledge of and able to use excel
- Comfortable with Microsoft outlook
- Attention to detail
- Able to work as member of a team
- Willingness to “go the extra mile”
