ICS (Eastern) Ltd is a Company based in Reepham specialising in Building Management Systems.

We are currently recruiting for an Accounts and Office Administrator. We are looking for a person with a professional and motivated attitude who can join our team of 35 employees.

Roles and duties include:

- Management of sales and purchase ledger
- Credit control
- Monthly payroll
- H&S compliance
- Fleet management
- Reception duties
- Processing of HMRC payments including VAT and PAYE
- Managing and paying subcontractors
- Booking staff training
- Ordering office consumables, uniform and PPE
- Ad-hoc administration

The successful applicant will have:

- AAT/similar accounting qualification
- Experience of using Sage Accounts and Sage Payroll
- Knowledge of the Construction Industry Scheme (desirable)
- Good communication and administration skills
- Strong numerical skills - the ability to analyse data to highlight and rectify errors
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise workload, and meet monthly deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality

The annual holiday entitlement is 25 days + bank holidays. Additional leave is awarded for long service.

Salary will be dependent on experience and qualifications.
