Job Overview:

We are looking for an Accounting and Administration Manager to join our team in Norwich. As a Senior Finance Officer, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and supervising the finance assistant.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage accounts payable, ensuring compliance with supplier terms and payment schedules
  • Oversee accounts receivable, including sales invoices processing and recording
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Produce monthly balance sheet reports
  • Assist with year-end statutory accounts preparation
  • Report on monthly accruals and prepayments
  • Provide additional finance support as needed

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have relevant experience, AAT qualification, and people management skills. The salary range for this position is up to £28,000 per annum.
