Job Summary: Office Administration Coordinator

Location: Great Yarmouth

Hours: 12 to 15 hours per week

Salary: £13.50 per hour

We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to support our office administration team on a part-time basis.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.

The role involves preparing and submitting payroll data, processing supplier invoices, and overseeing customer invoicing, statement generation, and credit control.

Responsibilities include inputting timesheet data onto our system, posting bank transactions, and performing regular bank reconciliations.

You will also be responsible for conducting month-end adjustments, including prepayments and accruals, and assisting in the preparation of management accounts.

In addition to these tasks, you will provide general administrative support and handle various ad-hoc tasks as required.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work part-time in a supportive team environment.
