We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Management Coordinator to join our team at Atlasseo.

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our offices, ensuring smooth running and efficient use of resources.
  • Manage building maintenance, cleaning, and security services, as well as coordinate logistics between offices and remote users.
  • Liaise with facility management vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure best value for money.
  • Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and celebrations to promote teamwork and company culture.
  • Coordinate travel requests and other transportation needs, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in GSuite, Slack, and standard tools like MS Office.
  • A creative mind with the ability to suggest improvements and enhance processes.
