Office Administrator Job Opportunity

Location: Long Stratton, Norfolk

Salary: £13.00 per hour

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Working Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm

We are currently looking for an Office Administrator to join our team in Long Stratton, Norfolk.

About the Job
  • Accurately perform data entry tasks on a daily basis
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email communication
  • Contribute to bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate financial records
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events
  • Compile and prepare important documents and reports
  • Develop and maintain effective filing systems
  • Offer support to colleagues as needed
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous administrative experience is highly desirable
  • Awareness of Sage or similar accounting software is beneficial
  • Proficiency in typing with high accuracy
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment

Holiday entitlement is 28 days a year, including bank holidays.
