**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Coordinator to join our architecture studio in Norwich. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, including managing projects, maintaining relationships with clients, and providing administrative support to the studio leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project administration, including coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and tracking deadlines
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and other offices to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Support studio leadership and technical teams with administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in an office-based role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

**Salary Range:** £26,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
