Job Overview

Norwich Credit Union is undergoing a period of rapid growth and change, presenting an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team as Operations Manager. This role will involve overseeing the day-to-day management of our office, ensuring we deliver exceptional services to our members.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of credit unions and their values. We are also seeking someone with experience in IT systems, staff recruitment and development, and finance.

This full-time equivalent position (25 hours/week, 5 days/week) offers a competitive salary of £33,000 per annum, pro-rata. If you have the necessary skills and experience, please submit your CV and a covering letter outlining your suitability for the post.
