We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Quality Associate to join our Quality Management and Enhancement team in Norwich.

The ideal candidate will have advanced administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Proven experience in providing effective administration and analytical support is essential for this role.

Responsibilities will include providing administrative and analytical services to support the Quality Manager, facilitating the annual quality cycle, and contributing to accreditation, partnership development, and documentation assurance. The successful candidate will be proactive, able to prioritize their work effectively, and meet demanding deadlines.

This 0.6 FTE role offers a competitive salary between £19,377 and £22,154 per annum (pro-rated from a full-time salary of £32,296 to £36,924). We are looking for someone who can contribute to our collaborative team environment and take ownership of their work with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

The postholder will be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to familiarize themselves with new systems and processes quickly. This role is suitable for those who thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable working in a dynamic setting with varying priorities.
