About the JobWe are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to manage post routines, training, and facilities maintenance in a fast-paced environment.
Your Key Tasks- Mailroom & Facilities:
- Organise morning and afternoon post routines, ensuring timely delivery and recording.
- Coordinate facilities maintenance, including equipment and supply ordering.
- Training & Marketing Support:
- Administer the Continuing Competence system, scheduling courses and maintaining records.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Consultant on events planning, asset management, and administrative tasks.
- Health & Safety:
- Conduct risk assessments for fire, workspace, and IT safety, documenting findings and actions.
- Ensure up-to-date first aid training and record-keeping.
