Job Overview

We are seeking a Commercial Assistant to join our team. This role involves working collaboratively with stakeholders to manage commercial aspects of projects, ensuring timely and accurate execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Raising Early Warning Notices to ensure prompt issue resolution.
  • Managing Compensation Events (CEs) and obtaining client agreement for payment before project commencement.
  • Validating Application for Payment (AFP) with Delivery Team Project Managers.
  • Coordinating weekly Joint Measures with clients.
  • Ensuring smooth operations and addressing sub-contractor queries.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Able to analyze financial data and understand basic financial concepts.
Compensation Package:
