Customer Service Administrator

Our client, a fast-growing business in the Financial Services industry is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
Due to growth our client is looking to add a Customer Service Administrator to their team, where you will be the first point of contact for the customer, ensuring the highest levels of customer service are maintained at all times throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for clients, providing the highest levels of customer service at all times
- Building relationships with clients whilst keeping them informed throughout the duration of the process
- Making introductory phone calls to clients
- Completing various administrative tasks and duties whilst ensuring the internal systems are maintained at all times
Key Experience:
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a customer service-related role within an office environment
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience liaising with colleagues and clients of all levels over the phone
- Competent completing administrative duties with a high level of accuracy an attention to detail at all times
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a customer service role to join a thriving business who are leaders within their field.
To begin with you will be fully office based, however hybrid working will be introduced once you have completed your initial training with the company.
