**Sales Administrator**

**Orpington**

**£25k + Excellent Company Benefits Including Bonus Scheme**

**Monday to Friday 8am-5pm**

You will be required to work within a administration position supporting the sales team. This position is great for a dynamic and ambitious individual who is wanting to progress within a growing company.

**Responsibilities**
- Answering all incoming calls
- Updating spreadsheets with current works
- Liaising with suppliers and customers
- Submitting Purchase Orders
- Working closely with the accounts team to ensure prompt and accurate invoicing.

**Essential Skills & Qualities**
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- MS Office including intermediate/advanced Excel
- Self-motivated and can use own initiative
- Professional approach to business
- Reliable and flexible
- A positive "can do attitude"
- Passionate about promoting good customer service
- Organised, accurate, methodical with good attention to detail
- Willingness to learn all aspects of the business
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Ability to work under pressure
