Our client, a well-established and hugely-successful business in the Financial Services industry located in Orpington is seeking an Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

The successful Administrator will be responsible for being the first point of contact for clients, completing administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, whilst maintaining internal records and completing all relevant documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Be the first point of contact for clients, liaising with customers and third parties on a regular basis
- Completing administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times
- Updating and maintaining internal databases and systems
- Diary management
- Sending letters to clients
- Comply with all regulatory requirements

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a minimum of 1 years’ experience to join a thriving business where you will receive thorough training and the opportunity to progress in a fast-growing business in the Financial Services industry.

You will have a good background in both Customer Service and Administration, and be confident liaising with colleagues and clients of all levels whilst completing administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times.

After the initial training period you will be able to work on a hybrid basis, splitting your time between the office and at home.
