We have an opening on the team here at Spy Alarms. We seek an experienced Customer Support Administrator to join an expanding, established, and successful team at our Head Office in Orpington on the Service Team.

As a key member of the team, you’ll provide first-class customer service dealing with engineers, customers, contracts, orders, and new business with both existing and potential new clients.

You will be performing vital customer support as well as administrative duties including dealing with a high volume of calls, performing basic resets over the phone, assisting with technical queries, maintenance of orders, providing costings, quotes, stock purchasing, and invoicing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Point of contact for customers with queries, complaints, feedback, and requests
- Shared responsibility in answering approx. 10-20 calls per day per person.
- Diary management of the engineers and allocating of their jobs
- Providing costings and quotes to customers
- Ordering parts for jobs
- Invoicing
- Updating online portals at all times regarding queries and outcomes
- Completing risk and method statements for planned work
- Obtaining permits

As a Service Administrator, you will be working within a fast-paced but fun and relaxed environment where we enjoy engaging with our staff by holding charity and employee focused events.

Working hours between 8:30 am - 5.00 pm Monday - Friday. 31 days paid annual leave increasing to 33 days with service and an additional day for a good sickness record.
