**The Role**

As the Engagement Officer within the Enhancing Futures team you will be the lead point of contact for the implementation of the recruitment and engagement strategy for the groups new student engagement programme Phoenix+. You will work closely with the Engagement and Participation manager and key stakeholders such as Alumni and Community Benefactors to support developing marketing and communication plans for the Phoenix+ programme.

You will be responsible for providing content on a variety of platforms and promotional materials to support the delivery of both the internal and external promotional campaigns promoting Phoenix+. You will also support activity linked to enhancing engagement in the programme amongst the stakeholders, benefactors and current and future supporters of the Phoenix+ programme.

**Person Specification**
- Educated to degree level
- Experience of delivering integrated communication campaigns
- Experience working in a recruitment focussed or membership organisation
- Experience of creating digital content to engage with a range of audiences
- Experience of writing engaging copy and articulate complex ideas in a digestible way
- Experience of working the HE or public sector would be advantageous
