This role is ideal for a proactive and adaptable individual who will assist the school in maintaining high educational standards through effective attendance management. You will possess outstanding communication and organizational abilities, providing essential support to all students and their families, particularly those from vulnerable backgrounds. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing and sustaining student attendance, ensuring they fully benefit from their educational opportunities.

Working closely with the Deputy Headteacher and the Welfare and Pastoral Team, you will be instrumental in offering assistance to students whose educational progress is jeopardized by attendance issues.

This position offers a unique chance to gain invaluable experience in a progressive setting, allowing you to utilize your skills while collaborating with various stakeholders in a professional and friendly atmosphere.

We seek candidates with excellent communication, IT, and organizational skills, alongside a discreet, flexible, and professional demeanor. The ability to prioritize tasks and make informed decisions is essential. Flexibility in working hours may be necessary to accommodate evening meetings with colleagues or families. The successful candidate will need to provide their own transportation for work-related travel.
