**Hours**:Full Time - 37.5 hours/week, flexible over 7 days

**Location**: Coventry & Solihull

**Reporting to**: Senior Operations Manager

**About the Role**:
Multiply is a new government-funded programme to help adults improve their numeracy skills.

Numeracy skills are an everyday part of our lives and give us the ability to think critically about the world around us. As part of the Multiply programme, we want to help people improve their ability to understand and use maths in daily life, home, and work: improving household finances, helping children with homework, making more sense of the facts in the media, or improving numeracy skills specific to a line of work. To achieve this, we are offering a range of options and flexible courses that fit around people’s lives and are tailored to specific needs, circumstances, sectors, and industries.

Workpays are out and about across the West Midlands running a variety of flexible and friendly numeracy programmes. We are working with West Midlands residents aged 19 and over who don’t have maths GCSE at grade C (or equivalent), to build their confidence with numbers.

We are recruiting highly motivated and resourceful employer engagers to promote the benefits to local employers and employees attracting participants who can benefit from fully funded support. Once engaged employees are sourced a full IAG enrolment to our provision is required.

Stakeholder partnership management is a strength required to ensure that the Multiply contract delivers a high level of service and gains long term partnerships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work cooperatively with employers to develop Multiply partnerships which ensure employees are upskilled and employers’ requirements are exceeded.
- Source and enrol employed participants to benefit from the Multiply contract
- Promote Multiply contract at external partnership meeting, Jobs Fairs and Networking opportunities
- Deliver general advice and guidance with reference to progression, pre-programme information, including specification of programme entry criteria
- Produce and/or tailor relevant and motivational promotional materials, undertaking necessary research to ensure programmes meet specific employee requirements
- Ensure all administrative procedures are kept up to date prior to, during and after the programme (i.e., tracking documents, monitoring returns, completing funding documentation) to ensure all compliance and quality procedures and funding requirements are met
- Attend and contribute to team meetings

**General**:

- Maintain an awareness of and actively follow and promote Company policies, including, but not limited to, Safer Recruitment, Data Protection, Information Security, Equal Opportunities, Health and Safety, Safeguarding, and Prevent
- Undertake any training as required by Company policy and take responsibility for professional development
- Work to minimise our operational impacts on the environment
- Other duties as assigned by the Senior Operations Manager.
- English & Maths Qualifications (GCSE Grade C/4 or Functional Skills Level 2)
- Due to the nature of this position, a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required
- Experience in providing one-to-one support or coaching to positively influence other people’s professional or personal development
- Knowledge of local labour market and local training providers
- Knowledge of the benefits system and welfare to work programmes
- Demonstrable track record of achieving targets and KPIs
- Understanding of good customer service practices
- Excellent verbal communication skills, including active listening
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver to groups
- Ability to show sensitivity and respect to all, demonstrating value for diverse views and opinions
- Ability to self-motivate to achieve KPIs and targets
- Ability to generate enthusiasm in others
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Skilled in collaboration; able to effectively work as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- IT proficient with an ability to use Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, and PowerPoint

Desirable qualifications/attainments, experience, knowledge, and skills:

- Information, Advice and Guidance - Level 3 or above
- Experience working in the further education/ employability and skills training sector
