Our Human Resources Service supports the implementation of the Council’s One Coventry Plan and leads on the implementation of our People Plan. Our People & Culture Team supports the Council's wider Human Resources Service and has oversight of the following functions: Employee Engagement and Talent Development, Organisational Culture & Values, Internships and Graduate Programmes, Recruitment & Onboarding, Corporate Learning and Development, Workforce Diversity & Inclusion and Early Careers and Workforce Planning.

What is the job role?
One of the key purposes on this role is to lead a team of 16 recruitment and onboarding professionals on the effective delivery and management of a progressive, equitable and inclusive end to end recruitment and onboarding service.
