Unique Senior Care is in search of a Community Engagement Coordinator

As a Community Engagement Coordinator, you will be responsible for cultivating essential relationships within the industry, enhancing client interactions, and broadening our customer outreach. Your role will focus on fostering growth by amplifying our visibility and promoting awareness of our services. You will engage in marketing initiatives, track your progress through weekly reports, and collaborate with the broader team to boost client and caregiver recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee all facets of business growth

· Establish and nurture community relationships

· Design and implement marketing and promotional strategies

· Ensure all advertisements and marketing materials are current

· Maintain and refresh all networking databases and referral documentation

· Conduct market analysis to discover new clientele and opportunities

· Meet and surpass targeted performance metrics

· Strategize and execute networking campaigns

· Work in tandem with management and departments to facilitate a seamless acquisition process and ensure client satisfaction

· Provide consistent updates on sales activities and pipeline status

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in sales

· Background in developing and managing promotional campaigns

· Familiarity with sales and marketing dynamics within local communities
