Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring stock levels are maintained
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Maintain computerised records and databases
- Provide clerical support to the team as needed
- Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating with clients or colleagues
- Invoicing clients, & chasing payments

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in an Office Administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent typing skills with high accuracy levels
- Familiarity with data entry processes and procedures
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £11.55-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week
