We are looking to recruit a PA/Office Administrator to support a working office team in a professional office based in Walsall duties will include.

General assistance and support to Director - Working hours 9 am - 3 pm although 1 hour lunch optional to take the finish time to 3.30 if required ( optional ).

External contractor liaison, key point of contact for all suppliers / Filing and updating databases / Ordering stationery and office supplies.

In addition to the day-to-day operational support there will also be some involvement with the finance element of projects including: Issue fee invoices / Chase payments Collate contractors’ quotes and check invoices.

Attributes required: - Good telephone manner and communication.Team-oriented personality. - Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook. - Good organisational and time management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: From £16,000.00 per year
