**Duties**:

- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars, outlook etc.,
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Transcribe documents or meeting minutes as needed

**Skills**:

- Previous experience working in an office environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in using Outlook, excel and other software products for document management and collaboration
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and man manage your daily working schedule.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping is a must.
- Familiarity with Xero, spreadsheets, pivot tables etc., or other accounting software for basic bookkeeping tasks is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. Salary in line with industry standards based on previous experience.
