This role will be responsible for handling shipping activity for specific markets from order receipt to stock allocation, production, despatch, shipping arrangements, documentation generation and any post shipment issues which may arise.

What You Can Expect

Provide best in class customer service to include the organising, coordinating and managing demand to support the delivery of the Commercial and Operational goals whilst meeting customer expectations.

**Responsibilities**:
Production / Safety / Quality / Environmental:
- Ensuring safety is the primary concern in all we do.

Leadership / Planning / Administration:
- Ownership of all shipping activity for designated Global markets from order receipt ex US Supply Chain CS, stock allocation, production, despatch, shipping, post goods issue and beyond.- Timely processing and swift execution of Sample and POS orders preparing relevant despatch documentation and ensuring most cost effective means of transport in line with delivery requirements.- Coordination of UK and International Transportation ensuring all aspects of security, insurance and Movement Guarantee usage are in line with company protocols.- Generating the appropriate Customs entry documentation in line with HMRC requirements for the movement of goods in duty suspension.- Preparation of Final Export Shipping Documentation in line with market requirements.- Establishing and maintaining accurate customer records.- Regular liaison with Logistics Co-ordinators, Production Team, Regional Development Managers, Finance and other relevant internal stakeholders.- Regular liaison with external stakeholders such as Forwarding Agents, Chamber of Commerce, HMRC.- Ensuring that all duty suspended movements are finalised in HMRC’s CHIEF system, that relevant movement status has been obtained and that documented evidence of shipment is held on file for audit purposes.- Provision of support to Lead Customer Co-ordinator and Departmental Manager as required.

What You Bring to the Table- Strong IT skills (ERP, E-Customs systems, MS Outlook - SAP and Google Suite an advantage).- Knowledge in all areas of Import and Export Shipping along with International Trade Certification.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What Makes You Unique- Experience of UK Excise regime, HMRC compliance and post Brexit shipping.- Drinks Industry experience highly desirable.
