Steedman & Co are an established, successful, and growing Accountancy firm, and we are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our team. You will play an important role in a growing department, supporting with a variety of payroll tasks for multiple clients.

There is good opportunity for progression as we grow and look to build out our payroll function/department.

**Who we’re looking for**:

- Some experience working within Payroll - either in Practice or in Industry
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients and tasks
- Excellent time management
- Highly organised, good problem-solving skills
- Confident and comfortable working to deadlines
- Good customer service skills
- Proactive communicator

**What will you be doing?**
- Processing payroll data and maintaining records for multiple clients
- Calculating taxes, deductions, earnings, and preparing reports
- Liaising with clients, HMRC, and pension providers regularly
- Resolving payroll discrepancies and providing information confidentially
- Utilizing payroll software like BrightPay, Accountancy Manager, Xero, etc.
