JobnThe role of Payroll Administrator will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:nFull responsibility for the company's global payroll operationsnEnsuring accuracy and timeliness in all aspects of the payroll processnProviding accurate information to staff, HMRC, pension providers, and other statutory bodiesnResponding to enquiries and managing payroll-related communicationsnHandling data gathering, calculation, and entry for payroll processingnAdhering to payroll procedures and compliance with relevant country lawsnManaging tasks across different time zones with global payroll providersnCompleting year-end processes for statutory and other returnsnCollaborating with the Finance department for monthly reconciliationsnMaintaining comprehensive payroll and related financial records

YounAs a Payroll Administrator, you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:nSignificant experience in payroll functionsnExcellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressurenProven ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks to meet deadlinesnStrong proficiency in MS Office applicationsnPreferred knowledge of Sage Line 50nUnderstanding of wider finance functions is advantageousnFluency in English, with additional languages being highly desirablenLegal right to live and work in the UK
