**About the role**:
We are looking for a confident, and enthusiastic Coordinator to recruit schools and STEM volunteers to participate in Careers Hive. You will enjoy communicating with people at all levels and the administration of co-ordinating events, people, and processes.

**You will already**:
Have previous experience of working in a busy customer service or co-ordination role with proven organisation skills, including proficient use of Microsoft office software. You will have an excellent telephone manner and enhanced communication and influencing skills to work and communicate professionally with diverse groups and individuals. You will be skilled at managing a varied workload and balancing priorities. Previous experience of working in an arts, festival, educational, scientific or cultural environment is desirable, as is willingness to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in

**Temporary contract: this position is full-time, contract for a period of approx. 14-15 weeks from mid-Aug to early mid-Nov 2023.**
