**£23,500 annually**
**Full-time position, Hybrid working available**
**6 month contract initially with potential for permanent extension**
Search Consultancy are currently working with an Edinburgh-based company within the Property sector to recruit a Maintenance/Repairs Co-ordinator on a full-time basis. This will be a busy and varied role, well-suited to an administrator with prior experiencein housing, property or facility management. The working hours will be 09:00-17:00 Mon-Thurs and 09:00-16:30 on Fridays, with Hybrid working available (in office at least three days weekly).
**Duties involved in this role will include**:
- Liaising with contractors to arrange and co-ordinate repair works and checks
- Recording and managing service data
- Varied administrative tasks as required on an ad hoc basis
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience as an administrator, ideally within property or facilities management
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisation skills and competency with Microsoft Office
