Role: Administrator/ Office Assistant
Start: ASAP
Location: Bromsgrove
Hours: Monday -Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm, Friday 8:30am-2:00pm
Break Entitlement: Monday-Thursday 1 hour, Friday 1/2 hour
Pay rate: £10.42
My client based in Bromsgrove are based in the engineering sector, they are currently recruiting for an Administrator/ Office Assistant.
Duties will include:

- Answering incoming customer phone calls.
- Working closely with the accounts department
- Processing orders
- Assist in dealing with expenses.
- Assisting the spares department and logistics.
- Day-to-day opening deliveries from supplies, going into the stores and either allocating parts or putting them into stock.
- Picking parts from stock and packaging to send to customers and suppliers.

Skills and Experience needed:

- Must have experience in a similar role.
- Experience of Sage line 50 desirable
- Good Microsoft Excel/Data Base/Word Processing Skills.
- Excellent Organisational and Time Management Skills
- Self-motivated and an enthusiastic character
