**Administrator/Receptionist**
**Location**: Supporting the Hereford, Bromyard and Ludlow branches (You can choose you main branch to work)
**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 08:00-17:30
**Job Summary**
Join our Administration team to manage mail, photocopying, and more. You'll work in multiple offices and often without direct supervision.
**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**
- **Filing and Archive**: Manage files and archives.
- **Mail and Fax**: Handle incoming and outgoing mail and faxes.
- **Archive Processes**: Manage and index archived files.
- **Photocopying and Scanning**: Maintain equipment and complete jobs.
- **Customer and Staff Enquiries**: Handle work requests and assist staff.
- **Admin Tasks**: Collect and input office data.
- **Receptionist Duties**: Answer calls and greet visitors.
- **Hospitality Duties**: Set up meeting rooms and assist at events.
- **Additional Responsibilities**: Fire Marshall duties and other tasks as needed.
**Person Specification**
- **Essential**: Flexibility to work in multiple locations.
- **Desirable**: Previous experience in a similar role.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £21,500.00 per year
