**Quickskip Hereford** are looking to recruit an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Hereford. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting, dynamic and expanding local company.

**Duties Include but Not Limited To**:
*Processing telephone sales orders.

*Dealing with customer enquiries.

*General administrative/finance duties.

*Raising customer invoices and credits.

*Banking and reconciliations of cash receipts.

*Processing and allocating customer payments.

*Credit card payments.

**Skills Required**:
*Excellent phone manner.

*Possess excellent administrative and communication skills.

*Accuracy and attention to detail.

*Ability to work under pressure.

*Good local knowledge of Herefordshire.

*Good sense of humour.

*Accounts experience would be an advantage.

Fast paced environment.

Non-smoker.

25 hours per week (flexible) over 5 days.

Part Time, Permanent
