Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant Manager to join our team in Hereford. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office supplies and inventory, handling incoming calls and emails, and providing general administrative support to team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage office supplies and inventory to ensure efficient operations
  2. Handle incoming calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
  3. Assist with scheduling and coordination of meetings and appointments
  4. Perform data entry and maintenance of records
  5. Provide general administrative support to team members


Requirements: Proven experience in office administration or similar role, excellent organisational and multitasking skills, proficiency in MS Office Suite, ability to work under pressure and as part of a team, self-motivated and ambitious individual.

Salary: £27,500 - £29,000 per annum depending on experience. We offer a competitive salary, generous holiday entitlement, and opportunities for career progression.
