Administrative Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory to ensure efficient operations
- Handle incoming calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of meetings and appointments
- Perform data entry and maintenance of records
- Provide general administrative support to team members
Requirements: Proven experience in office administration or similar role, excellent organisational and multitasking skills, proficiency in MS Office Suite, ability to work under pressure and as part of a team, self-motivated and ambitious individual.
Salary: £27,500 - £29,000 per annum depending on experience. We offer a competitive salary, generous holiday entitlement, and opportunities for career progression.
