Administrator

SCBS are a Building Fabric & Insulation Contractor that operate UK wide to the insurance and social housing sectors. We remove and instal retrofit cavity wall insulation to domestic homes to both sectors and operate in-house employed teams of technicians to undertake the work.
**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Assist with organizing and maintaining office documents (online)
- Conduct research and gather information as needed
- Compiling Quotations
- Type correspondence, reports, and other documents as required
- Appointing subcontractor services and the coordination of these services
- Ensure monthly invoice targets are met
**Qualifications**:
- Proficient in using Google, Microsoft Software and other computerized systems
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the Cavity Wall Insulation Industry is preferable.
Salary is based on experience with a flexible approach to hours whilst working from home.
**Salary**: £23,228.00-£25,000.00 per year
