**EMS have an exciting vacancy available for an Administrator based at our Hereford City Centre offices to work alongside our existing administrative team within our Water department.**
**EMS have been providing clients with exceptional service since 2003 and have earned a reputation for quality, safety and trust as well as establishing ourselves as market leader in environmental consultancy throughout the UK and Europe.**

This vacancy is within our water department EMS Water who provide a broad spectrum of water safety and legionella management services for a wide range of clients including Housing Associations, NHS Trusts and local authorities as well as private clients.
EMS Water work throughout the UK and have seen considerable growth in the five years the department has been established.
This role will suit a highly organised, proactive and forward-thinking individual able to juggle a variety of tasks and capable of working independently and proactively. It will provide the right individual an opportunity to develop and make the role their own.
Experience of client and diary management is highly desirable. The role will also include responsibility for the smooth running of the company including processing paperwork, invoicing and taking enquiries as well as financial management responsibilities for the department. Additionally, experience of quality systems and ISO9001 would also be highly desirable.

- Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines_
**The main duties will include**:
- _Liaison and management of multiple contracts alongside one another, to include strategic diary planning, client liaison and communication_
- _Route planning and scheduling works (experience of this would be highly desirable)_
- _Handling and processing client quotations and invoicing _
- _Responsibility for management of personnel paperwork and documentation including training records and vehicle records_
- _Administrative duties, including answering telephone and supporting the existing admin team_
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is diligent and proactive with existing experience in administrative based role. Full Training will be provided, and an immediate start is desirable. Salary negotiable, depending on experience.
