Abacus Associates are a well-established firm of Independent Financial Advisers based in the centre of Hereford.
Due to our continued success we are now recruiting for an **Administrator** to join our team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude
You must be reliable, trustworthy, well organised and flexible with the ability to work as part of a team or independently and on your own initiative.
You will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including opening and distributing post, scanning documents, switchboard duties, stationary requests, meeting & greeting visitors to the office & liaising with third party providers & financial advisers.
Some office experience is desirable but not essential.
We offer a competitive salary along with enrolment in to the Company Pension Scheme, 25 days holiday per year and a friendly working environment.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm with 1 hour for lunch.
