**We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to support projects and ensure smooth operations in a well-established company in Hereford.**

**Responsibilities**:
Provide administrative support to Contracts Engineers.
Coordinate certifications and documentation for international projects.
Arrange accommodations and travel for site teams.
Maintain accurate records of bookings and purchase orders.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure travel requirements are met.
Assist in managing budgets and expenses.
Key Skills required:
Previous administrative experience, preferably in projects or engineering.
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
Attention to detail in record-keeping.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and travel booking platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of procurement processes is a plus.
