About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team as a Trainee Contracts Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing Timber Frame installations and ensuring all paperwork and contractual documents are in order.

The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of timber frame installation and be able to effectively manage and motivate operatives in site environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Timber Frame installations
  • Ensure all paperwork and contractual documents are in order
  • Work closely with project coordinators to ensure logistical requirements are met
  • Manage and motivate operatives in site environments
  • Attend site meetings to ensure progress and variances are recorded and circulated to relevant parties

About You:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a good working knowledge of timber frame installation and be able to effectively communicate with operatives, clients, and colleagues.

You will also need to have effective communication skills, be able to write clear and concise reports, and be able to read working drawings.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £33,000 - £38,000 per annum, plus vehicle and package. This is an exciting opportunity to start your contracts management career with an expanding business in the timber frame industry.
