As a Bookings Administrator at our Hereford Hospital, you will be persistent, resilient and have experience of working in a busy customer facing business support function. You will also have the ability to develop good working relationships with key stakeholders and be able to work collaboratively and influence peers. Ideally, you will be proficient in IT and be able to use Patient Administration systems however, this is not essential.
**As a Booking Coordinator, you will**:
- Bring empathy, sympathy and sensitivity to the role
- Support every step of the patient journey
- Make sure that Nuffield Health exceeds customer expectations
- Liaise with patients to book procedures
- Liaise with consultants and their medical secretaries to achieve the best possible patient care
