Our Physiotherapy Department currently has an opportunity for a Physiotherapy Administrator. Start your journey with us whilst we’ll support you to be your best.

The role

Working in a small department of 5 permanent physiotherapy staff you will assist in the day to day running of the department. As an integral part of the team, as our Physiotherapy Administrator you will:
Arrange and manage appointments
Take payments for outpatient appointments
Organise bank staff rotas
Be the point of contact for other departments in the hospital and Head office departments such as IT and finance ensuring any matters are resolved in a timely manner.
Provide other administration support to the team as required such as filing and photocopying.

The person

**To succeed as a Physiotherapy administrator you will**:
Have good IT and keyboard skills
Good communication and customer service skills including a good telephone manner
Experience of working within an administration team
An excellent team player with the ability to use initiative when required
Flexible
Articulate and approachable
