**Job Description**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join a thriving family run business in Bromsgrove. You will need to be able to drive due to the location. This is an entry level role but ideally they do want someone to have some exposure to admin or customer service but most importantly they want the right attitude and hunger to learn.
Office Administrator key duties include:

- Reception duties including meeting and greeting visitors
First point of call for incoming calls and filter them accordingly
Customer Service - take orders and processing them
Organising lunches for visitors
Monitoring and ordering of the stationery stock
Vending machines
- refilling and reordering stock
General admin duties
Any adhoc tasks as required.
