If so, OA are currently looking to recruit for a **Customer Service Administrator** for one of our clients based in **St Albans** on a **Fixed Term Contract until the end of December **to help support the customer service and sales department.
- _Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30AM- 17:00PM_
- _£24,000 per annum_
- _Immediate start, Contract role_
- _Free on-site parking_
- _**Must be able to drive as travel to another site is required**_

**Customer Service Administrator - Key Responsibilities**:

- Process customer orders and liaise with sales office staff
- Organise and coordinate collections and deliveries
- Making outbound calls to customers to resolve issues
- Handling returns for customers
- Scanning and filing of orders using the CRM system
- General administration
- Supporting the sales department where needed

**Customer Service Administrator - Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience within administration / customer service
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Highly organised and focused
- Attention to detail
- Self motivated and a "can-do" attitude
- **Available to start immediately**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: £24,000.00 per year
