Office Administrator/customer Service

**Office Administrator required for a small office in Bricket Wood, AL2 3UN**
Scott & Sons are a family business, specialising in window and carpet cleaning services to new and regular clients, as well as providing office and school cleaning services. We also have a small trade counter selling cleaning supplies. We are a small office, and the successful applicant will need to be able to work within a fast paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
**Monday to Friday, 9.30am - 3.00pm (although we can be flexible on start/finish times)**
**£12.50 per hour**
At least 1 years administrative experience using Sage Accounts and Microsoft Office 365 would be useful, although training will be given.
Key responsibilites to include:
- keeping diaries, arranging appointments and taking card payments over the phone
- answering the phone with a polite, friendly telephone manner
- serving in our small shop counter, with our easy to use digital checkout system (we get approx 2 customers per day)
- scan and copy documents - electronically file documents in our Virtual Cabinet
- Recruitment - using Indeed to upload jobs and monitor applicants
Person specification:
- **Dog friendly - we have 2 small dogs that come into the office each day**:
- Confident telephone manner providing professional and proficient customer service to both clients and colleagues, diplomacy skills useful
- Resourceful, with the ability to manage your workload and work on your own initiative and meet deadlines
- Accurate and diligent in working within internal processes, demonstrating attention to detail and organisation
Qualifications:
- GCSE maths and English, grade C or above (or equivalent qualification)
