**Immediate start**
We are seeking an enthusiastic Recruitment/Admin Assistant to join our team in Doncaster. As an Recruitment/Admin Assistant you will have a proven track record in customer service and administration. Experience in recruitment would be a advantage but is not essential. You will be dealing with temporary workers and clients on the telephone and face to face on a daily basis.
You must be confident in dealing with clients and be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of the team. The role can be very demanding and you must be able to work to tight deadlines and be able to work under pressure producing positive results.
The successful applicant must be competent in Microsoft Office.
Duties included are:
- Advertising vacancies via social media/ job boards
- Shortlisting and setting up interviews
- Requesting and completing pre-employment checks
- Data Entry
- Booking current staff to shifts
- Keeping accurate records of shifts and maintaining diary
- Speaking with temporary workers liaising with other departments
- Speaking to clients daily
- On call duties out of office hours
- Reporting back to the Managing Director
Working hours are Monday to Thurday 9.00am-5.00pm & Friday 09.00am-3.30pm
25 days holiday + 8 statutory bank holidays.
Successful applicants will have to undertake a DBS (Disclosure and Baring Service) check.
