**HR Administrator - Doncaster - £22,000 - £24,000 - Maternity Cover**

**Key Responsibilities of a HR Administrator**:

- Producing and maintaining personnel files, ensuring all information is accurate and kept up to date
- Highlight any discrepancies within in the personnel files with the HR Advisor
- Assisting the team with HR admin, this will include probationary documents, right to work in the UK checks, healthcare letters and referencing
- Monitoring the salary and rewards spreadsheet
- Arranging meetings and notifying the relevant people of the details for the meeting
- Being present in meetings to take detailed notes
- Assisting the team with general admin duties such as managing the post, devising documents, and ensuring all filing is done
- Liaising with payroll with regards to monthly and weekly payroll
- Promote fairness, equality and diversity.
- Contribute to ensuring a safe and healthy working environment.
- Assisting in the production of management reports and statistics when necessary
- Educated to Grade C or above in Mathematics and English at GCSE Level, or equivalent.
- Experience working within an administrative support role.
- Competent organiser and commitment to ensuring attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including written communications.
- Good IT skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Ability to manage own time effectively and be able to work tactfully and diplomatically.
- An understanding of Equality and Diversity, GDPR and Employment Law.
