Exposure to HR Systems
Excellent all-round IT skills
Microsoft office, Excel, word
An understanding of HR policies and practices
Experience of implementing processes
Ability to act on own initiative
Liaise with employees and line managers as required and in a timely manner, dealing with day-to-day enquiries and problem-solving.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of employee data - ensuring the ongoing integrity of the data
Complete PQQ questionnaires.
- Assist in providing HR induction support to new employees including ensuring new starter
- Assist in processing leavers and ensuring company systems are updated accordingly
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 - 30 per week
**Salary**: £11.00-£11.50 per hour
