GMP Drivercare is a busy fleet management company that provides administrative fleet services to a variety of clients from the NHS, Housing Associations and Councils as well as to corporate clients.

GMP is a growing company that is looking to take on a new member of staff to support and contribute to the Lease Car department.

You will be trained on and use bespoke company software but familiarity with Microsoft products would be advantageous, especially Outlook, Word and Excel. Having previous experience in an administration and customer service role is preferred.

Role and responsibility includes but is not limited to:

- running, compiling and sending monthly and ad-hoc reports to clients.
- liaising with leasing companies and dealerships for vehicle quotations and processing them to send to drivers and clients.
- support in obtaining and providing updates to drivers with vehicles on order.
- contacting and supporting drivers with the renewal of their vehicles.
- obtaining and acting on driver feedback, especially in relation to collection and deliveries of vehicles.
- supporting the Team Leader with tasks and projects as need arises.

Job descriptions will develop over time so you may be required to carry out other tasks that fall within your skill level based on the needs of the company. There is scope for the position to develop and change overtime so is an exciting opportunity for someone who is keen to make the role their own.

- Ability to problem solve and use a flexible approach

Salary is negotiable and will depend upon experience.
