Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Providing administrative support to the Management team to ensure smooth office operation
- Maintain matrices in the following areas ( Safeguarding, CQC, Supervision, training etc) training can be provided.
- Assist with staff recruitment process.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Type and distribute meeting minutes, correspondence, memos, and forms
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Use computerised systems to organise and manage information
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Organise and schedule appointments, meetings, and events# Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying.

Assist with preparation of payroll hours for staff

- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role
- Proficient in administrative tasks and phone etiquette
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with Google Suite and other computerized systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management practices
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

**Salary**: £19,713.00-£22,000.00 per year
