Office Administrator/customer Service

**About us**
Lycett Accident Repair Centre is a busy insurance approved bodyshop. We are looking for an organised professional to join our team with the goal of really stamping their authority on the organisation of the admin operations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Manage and organize office files, documents, and records
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in computerized systems
- Invoice jobs upon completion
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
**Skills**:
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Proficient in data entry and computerized record keeping systems

**Salary**: £12.00-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
