- To record and report on absence daily both on a morning and afternoon
- To provide references & confirmation of employment for those that require them
- Recruitment; assist with booking interviews and inductions in the absence of the Recruitment Coordinator
- New starter preparation: create TMS profile and prepare clock cards
- Update employee records with changes
- Ensure all documentation is scanned and saved to personnel files
- Ensure stationary levels are maintained
- Complete return to work interviews with individuals and any health and safety meetings or re training required for people returning from absence
- Complete Stage 1 absence reviews
- Acceptance of resignation letters
- Complete HR paperwork at induction with all new starters
- Translations and support for the HR team where required
- General administration tasks to support the HR team and business
- To maintain excellent communication within the team
- To ensure a safe working environment is kept for all colleagues
- Report any Health & Safety issues to the Management
